Tehran (IP) - Health Ministry Spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour in answer to Iran Press correspondent said any help from the US or Israel not acceptable.

Iran PressIran News: In response to Iran Press correspondent’s question, Ministry of Health and Medical Education Spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour said, “Considering the coronavirus crisis which is spreading throughout the world and unfortunately we are witnessing this in several states of the US, we are terribly concerned and unhappy over the spread of the virus in the US."

"Unfortunately, the US is facing a lack of medical equipment and cannot tackle this problem and Donald Trump has himself acknowledged that the dead bodies are actually accumulated in different places and carried out by trucks. Therefore, such a country which is faced with such problems cannot be considered as a good and reliable source for helping other counties.”, the official noted.

Jahanpour added, “The US cruel sanctions which have been imposed on our country have created problems for us in tackling with this virus. Whatever proposal which has been made by the US or the Zionist to provide support and help to the Iranian people is not acceptable to us. The only thing that the US can do is removing unjust, and unfair sanctions which have been imposed on Iranian people and prevented the dispatch of food and medicine to our country.”
