Cultural heritage is for all humanity: Chinese Amb to Tehran

Tehran(IP) - Chinese Ambassador to Tehran Cheung Hua in his reactionary answer to the US President Donald Trump’s threat on targeting Iranian cultural centers said, “cultural heritage belongs to all humanity.”

Iran Press/Iran News: Chinese Ambassador to Tehran Cheung Hua made the remarks on Monday 6 January in a tweet while also posting pictures of some cultural and historic sites in Iran.

Yesterday, Donald Trump threatened that the United States will target 52 sensitive sites of the Islamic Republic of Iran including cultural sites in case Iran carries out its promised revenge over the US assassination of Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani.

Trump’s threat of Iran faced widespread condemnations both inside and outside the country, but despite this, Trump repeated such threat yesterday.

Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani was assassinated along with several senior members of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) on Friday Morning 3 January at Baghdad International airport.

Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani was awarded by Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei as the first Iranian military official to hold Iran’s highest military order, the Order of Zulfaqar after the 1979 Islamic Revolution. 205/219
