Minister of Science, Research and Technology Mansour Gholami said that paying attention to the youth and supporting them is paying attention to the human capital of the country.

Iran Press/Iran News: Speaking at the 21st Kharazmi Award here in Tehran, Mansour Gholami said, "Definitely we have number of young people with abilities and talent that it is not possible to pay attention to every individual."

Gholami said human capital is the most important capital of each nation. "Fortunately during the history, our youth have been the source of proud and dignity," he added.

Gholami went on to say, "Kharazmi Award reminds us that we need more attention in strengthening our scientific talents. Today, the science world is changing quickly and human capital is the basis of these changes."

"Fortunately, our country pays specific attention to science based on the teachings of Islam. Although, we have difficulties and limitations we are pioneers of developing countries in science," he stated. 205/204
