Yemeni Ambassador to Tehran has backed international youth campaign to sue the US and Saudi regime for committing crimes against Yemenis.

Iran PressIran news: In a meeting with Secretary-General of the Human Rights Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Amin Ansari, Yemen's Ambassador to Tehran, Ibrahim Mohammad Mohammad al-Dulaimi, expressed his support for the organization move to file a lawsuit against the United States and Saudi regime for committing crimes against the Yemeni people.

According to the Iran Press, at the meeting, Secretary-General of the Human Rights Organization made a statement about the worldwide support for youth and freedom-seeking people, especially the American and European youth to the campaign to file a lawsuit at international bodies against the US and Saudi regime's war crimes in Yemen.

The Yemeni ambassador also expressed his support for the move.

The Campaign to file a lawsuit against the US and the Saudi regime for committing crimes and slaughter of the Yemeni people has launched on the official webpage of the International Youth Human Rights and those interested to participate in the campaign, can go to the organization's address and support it by signing the statement.

Saudi Arabia started the war in Yemen in 2015 which has claimed the lives of thousands, wounded tens of thousands and dislocated millions of Yemenis and faced its poor Arab neighboring country with the severe shortage of food and medicine.

Over 6,000 children have either been killed or sustained serious injuries, the UN children’s agency said.

The humanitarian situation in the country has exacerbated by outbreaks of cholera, polio, and measles.  212/ 104
