Iran's Milad Tower turned red on the eve of World AIDS Day.

Iran Press/Iran news: On the occasion of World AIDS Day (December 1st), the Milad Tower, a multi-purpose tower in Tehran,  blazed red for sympathy with HIV patients. 

According to Milad Tower Public Relations on Saturday, World AIDS Day, designated on 1 December every year since 1988, is an international day dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection and mourning those who have died of the disease, Iran Press reported.

Each year, on 1 December, the world commemorates World AIDS Day. People around the world unite to show support for people living with HIV and to remember those who have died from AIDS-related illnesses.
