Ali Rabiei, Iran's government spokesman has ruled out any negotiations between Tehran and Washington unless Washington lifts all sanctions against Tehran and signs up again to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking after a cabinet meeting in Tehran on Wednesday, Ali Rabiei said he was sad and disappointed that the E3 countries (Germany, France, Britain) had issued such a joint statement, making baseless accusations against Iran, saying probably the fact that the joint statement was issued on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York "probably under the influence of the United States."

Speaking about some US politicians' aggressive remarks, Iranian Government Spokesman Ali Rabiei said: "It seems that the US defense ministry is turning into the war ministry."

"Iran fights with ISIS terrorist group and pushed its members out of the region. But all the people know those who created Al-Qaeda. We are and were not after bombs as we said it several times before," Rabiei added.

"Foreign ministers of 4+1 group are going to have a session on Wednesday and Iran's representative will once again will insist on the continuation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in the session. Iran's condition to talk about the agreement are; removing all sanctions and returning to JCPOA's conditions," Iranian Government Spokesman noted.

"The statement released by three Europian countries regarding the attacks to Saudi oil facilities is unacceptable. it was released by the countries under US pressures," Rabiei added.

The leaders of the United Kingdom, France, and Germany in a statement on Monday claimed that Iran was responsible for the attacks on two Saudi oil facilities earlier this month.

The attack on several Saudi energy facilities knocked out more than half of crude output from the world's top exporter and cut output by 5.7 million barrels per day.

Yemen's Houthis, who have been locked in a war with a Saudi-UAE-led coalition since 2015, claimed responsibility for the attacks, warning Saudi Arabia that their target list "will keep on expanding".

But US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo swiftly accused Iran of being behind the assault, without providing any evidence to back up his claim.  101/201
