Iran Press/ Iran news: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani referred to isolation of the United States at the IAEA Board of Governors meeting in Vienna, saying: "This means the victory of Iran and the failure of the United States."

Rouhani addressed the people of Shirvan on Sunday morning, in his provincial tour to North Khorasan in northeastern Iran, Iran Press reported.
He congratulated the birthday anniversary of Imam Reza (PBUH) to the people of Shirvan.
The President went on to say that the great nation of Iran has managed to survive all the sanctions over the past months, adding, "none of the other nations except Iran could survive these tough sanctions."
He added: "America's actions against Iran, whether political, legal of social, have all ended in defeat for the US government. The US has also been defeated in its efforts at the United Nations and the IAEA governing board."

Rouhani further stressed there has been a 25 percent reduction in Iran’s foreign debt.
"Despite all the difficulties and hardships, the Iranian nation has kept its strong will against the enemies," he noted.
In his provincial tour to North Khorasan, president Rouhani is to inaugurate 132 projects, which are part of 30 plans which consist of important infrastructure and industrial projects in North Khorasan Province.
The 132 projects include such areas as infrastructure projects, road construction projects, industrial projects, agriculture, and medicine and healthcare.
