Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Minister said that although the country is under the sanction situation, there is no shortage in the field of medicine for different kinds of diseases.

Iran Press/Iran news: "Despite Americans claims that sanctions imposed on Iran will not cover food and medicine, but affecting by the sanctions, some financial transfer is being locked.

But under the sanction pressures and with all the difficulties for importing medicine, we were totally successful in providing and importing medicine," Health Minister Saeed Namaki said in an exclusive interview with Iran Press on the sidelines of a press conference on June the 1st.

"If there are any medical productions and medicines that are rarely found, the reason is that our firms stand by our domestic medical productions. No medicine among domestic products will have the chance for import," Health Minister noted.
