Iranian mathematician, Professor Hassan Akbarzadeh

Iranian ambassador to France condoles the death of prominent Iranian mathematician Hassan Akbarzadeh in Paris.

Iran PressEurope: Iran’s Ambassador to France Bahram Ghasemi expressed condolence for the death of a prominent Iranian mathematician in a tweet on Wednesday, April 1, saying that Professor Hassan Akbarzadeh, a prominent Iranian mathematician has died in Paris after years of research and study.

He further noted that Professor Akbarzadeh has always been one of the leading figures in international seminars and has worked with the French National Center for Scientific Research and the Collège de France for many years. 

According to the Public Relations of the Iranian Mathematical Society, he has published many articles on mathematics, especially on differential and geometry in Europe and America.

In another tweet, the Iranian ambassador also extended condolences over the death of Kiomars Derambakhsh, a prominent Iranian photographer and director who died of Coronavirus in Paris.
