Iran Press/America: Leaked on Saturday, the memos show that Britain’s ambassador to the US Sir Kim Darroch described the US President Donald Trump as 'inept,' 'insecure' and 'incompetent,' a UK government official confirmed Saturday, the Daily Mail initially reported.
The leak could cause serious diplomatic damage between the two 'special relationship' allies.
"We don't really believe this administration is going to become substantially more normal; less dysfunctional; less unpredictable; less faction driven; less diplomatically clumsy and inept," Darroch wrote.
The British envoy also described the never-ending conflicts inside the Trump administration as 'knife fights.'
The revelations came weeks after Trump paid a long-delayed state visit to Britain.

However, the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) argued that such comments do not necessarily reflect London’s stance, stressing that the envoys are expected to be honest.
