Dutch lawyer Harun Rida has submitted a criminal complaint to the International Criminal Court (ICC) against 1,000 Israeli soldiers, accusing them of involvement in genocidal crimes in Gaza.

Iran Press/Europe: In a recent statement, Rida explained that the complaint was filed on behalf of victims in Gaza and the West Bank, as the Israeli war—described by him as genocidal—enters its second year. Rida represents the March 30 Movement in the Netherlands, an organization founded by European activists aiming to halt what they term Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

The complaint, which spans 428 pages, is backed by documented evidence from the United Nations, reputable human rights organizations, and social media videos collected by the Movement's team. It names high-ranking army officers and pilots, some of whom hold dual citizenship.

Rida emphasized that the evidence includes instances where Israeli soldiers publicly boasted about their participation in military operations against civilians. The filing comes amid ongoing violence in the region, with civilian casualties reportedly exceeding 42,000.

As international scrutiny intensifies, Rida's complaint represents a significant legal effort to hold individuals accountable for actions during the conflict and underscores the urgent need for justice for victims affected by the violence.
