Speaking at the opening ceremony of the event, the chargé d'affaires of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Zagreb, Mohsen Ataollahi, said the numerous international awards won by Iranian films from prestigious international festivals such as Cannes, Berlin, and the Oscars confirmed the artistic values ​​of these films.

He emphasized that Iranian cinema is known for its pure aesthetics, symbolism, and deep emotional expression.
