The Iranian Foreign Minister met with the new President of the UAE, to offer his condolences on the death of the late head of the UAE.

Iran PressMiddle East: Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, who was in Abu Dhabi to offer his condolences on the death of the late UAE president, met with new UAE President Mohammad bin Zayed on Monday evening to discuss common issues.

Some bilateral issues, such as resolving the problem of Iranians living in the UAE and facilitating their affairs, were the focus of Amir Abduolahian's conversation with the new head of the UAE.

Referring to his meeting with the new President of the United Arab Emirates, the Iranian Foreign Minister described the warm relations between the neighbors as a source of frustration for the enemies of the region.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in a message on Twitter on Tuesday morning, said: "A new page has been opened in the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the UAE. We warmly shake hands with our neighbors. "The good neighborliness relations disappoint the enemies of the region." 219
