Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that COVID-19 had taken the lives of seven patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 141,138.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to May 04, 2022, 7,223,828 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,994,857 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 252 cases, of whom 66 patients were hospitalized.

1,024 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 51,307,950 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, no city is red, 33 are orange, 321 are yellow, and 94 are blue zones.

So far, 64,351,403 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 57,578,196 have received the second dose, 27,083,641 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country has reached 149,013,240 doses.
