Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Monday that 18 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 141,114.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to May 02, 2022, 7,223,005 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,989,358 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 697 cases, of whom 128 patients were hospitalized.

1,038 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 51,215,314 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, no city is red, 33 are orange, 321 are Yellow, and 94 are zones.

So far, 64,345,832 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 57,569,769 have received the second dose, 27,069,040 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 148,984,641 doses.
