Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Sunday that 44 COVID-19 related death cases were registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 132,424.

Iran PressIran news: The total number of COVID-19 patients in the country reached 6,344,179 people, and 6,102,290 of the infected people recovered, the ministry announced on Sunday.

As of yesterday until today (January 30, 2022,) 21,996 new patients were identified in the country, of whom 1,209 were hospitalized.

1,404 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 44,694,344 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

So far, 60,699,381 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 54,040,089 have received the second dose, 16,877,782 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 131,617,252 doses.

As of today, 7 cities are in the red zone, 43 are orange, 217 yellow, and 181 are blue.
