IP- Following rain and floods in some areas of southern Kerman province, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has provided food and medical assistance for the people in the area.

Iran PressIran News:  Heavy rain in Kerman province, including Zeh-e Kalut, has caused floods and blocked roads. The Revolutionary Guards Corps has set up a Field Hospital (65-Beds) named after General Qasem Soleimani in Zeh-e Kalut to help the victims.

Majid Saeedi, director-general of the Kerman governorate's crisis management, said more than 5,000 housing units had been damaged by 20 to 80 percent and needed to be rebuilt. The local officials say that schools, mosques, and tents had been equipped to accommodate the flood-hit people.
