Iran's 'Goodbye Olympics' wins the best film award at Irish festival

Tehran (IP) - The Iranian short film 'Goodbye Olympics' won the Silver Award for Best Film at Ireland's 5th Sandbar International Film Festival.

Iran PressEurope: 'Goodbye Olympics', directed by Mojtaba Pourbakhsh, won the Silver Award for Best Film at the 5th Sandbar International Film Awards.

The Sandbar Film Festival is an international independent film event held in Northern Ireland.

The festival seeks to select filmmakers who portray seriousness and creativity in their work.

The short film 'Goodbye Olympics' has been screened at numerous international festivals, including in the United States, China, Canada, Italy, Portugal, and Hungary, and has won various titles.

The film tells the story of a sailing girl who faces many challenges on her way to the Olympics.
