The brutal bombardment of innocent Yemeni children on a Bus, by Saudi warplanes has drawn global condemnations, accusations of war crime, as well as feelings of anger, disgust, and horror among the Yemeni people.

According to an Iran Press report, Saudi jet fighters attacked a bus full of Yemeni children in the town of "Zahyan"  in Sa'da province in northern Yemen.

Yemeni medical sources announced on Thursday that at least 39 civilians  have been killed, some of them children, and 51 others have been wounded  when Saudi warplanes attacked the town of "Zahyan" in northern Yemen.

In another incident on Thursday two Yemenis were killed and a child was injured when Saudi-led warplanes  attacked a farm in the Zobeid district of  Al-Hodeidah province.

Earlier, the Yemeni army’s missile unit and popular committees hit the Saudi Arabian industrial city of Jizan in southwest of the country on Wednesday night, killing one and injuring 11 Saudi military personnel.

Confirming the attack, Saudi media claimed the Saudi Army’s air defense unit had tracked and intercepted the missile.

This is the second time that the city comes under attack as it was targeted on June 6 as well by a Yemeni missile.

Saudi Arabia and its allies launched the war on Yemen in March 2015 to reinstall the former Saudi-backed Hadi regime and crush the Houthi movement.

The Yemeni Ministry of Human Rights announced in a statement on March 25 that the war had left 600,000 civilians dead and injured until then. The war and an accompanying blockade have also caused famine across Yemen.
