Tehran(IP): The Iranian embassy in Kabul announced that Iran's special envoy to Afghanistan would travel to Kabul to discuss the latest issues with Taliban leaders on Monday.

Iran PressAsia: The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul announced on its official Twitter account that Hassan Kazemi Qomi is scheduled to meet with senior Taliban officials on various issues such as regional issues, refugees, humanitarian aid, the formation of an inclusive government and in particular discuss economic issues.

According to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul, helping the Afghan people before the cold season is a priority of this dialogue.

Earlier, Saeed Khatibzadeh, spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told reporters in a weekly meeting: "Kazemi Qomi, Iran's special envoy to Afghanistan, will soon visit Kabul, and these exchanges are underway between neighboring countries and will continue."
