The NATO Secretary-General, almost simultaneously with the US Secretary of Defense, stressed that Moscow and Beijing are changing international plans in their favor and are threats to NATO.

Iran PressEurope: At the Munich Security Conference on Friday, following remarks by US President Joe Biden, NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said: "China and Russia are trying to change international (geopolitical) maps to their advantage."

Referring to the development of troop training operations in Iraq and in response to reports of withdrawal from Afghanistan, Stoltenberg said: "We have not made a decision to withdraw NATO troops from Afghanistan."

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin's first press conference on Friday night focused on the same threats.

Austin added: "We must unite with our allies against Russia, China, terrorism and the situation in Afghanistan."
