Iran unveils 168 new, innovative pharmaceutical products

Tehran (IP)- Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company (TPICO) unveiled 168 new pharmaceutical products, 40 of which are produced for the first time in Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Tamin Pharmaceutical Investment Company (TPICO) is the largest active holding company in the Iranian pharmaceutical industry, involved in all areas of the drug supply chain, and is the largest exporter of pharmaceutical products in Iran.

Pouya Farhat, CEO of TPICO, said at the unveiling ceremony of 168 new pharmaceutical products on Saturday: "Manufactured products include human and animal medicines and food supplements, and some of these products are corona treatment drugs."

Last year, TPICO added 130 products to the country's product portfolio, of which 30 products were produced for the first time in the country, and $ 50 million savings were created for the country.
