Iran Press/Iran News: In an interview with Iran Press News Agency, Mehrdad Baghaei said that the Iranian Polo Federation is trying to make the polo team becomes the champion of international competitions.
"The Iranian polo team must be sent to the countries that are good at polo to hold friendly competitions," he said.
The Iranian international polo referee added: " Polo is a sport with historical roots in Iran and should be standing in a place that teams such as England and Argentina stand."
Mehrdad Baghaei said: "Currently, two Iranian national polo team members have been sent to Pakistan, and to boost the Iranian team, more players should be sent to countries that are known for their polo."
