Iranian students living in china take part in Quranic competitions

China (IP) - Iran's Cultural Attaché to China reported the participation of Iranian students living in the country in various sections of recitation (Qira'ah and Tartil), concepts of Quran, and contemplation on Quran competitions for students.

Iran PressAsia: Abbasali Vafai said on Tuesday that the Quranic competitions for the Iranian students living in china held by the Cultural Attaché office of the Islamic Republic of Iran in student assemblies held virtually.

Vafai stated that the competitions were welcomed by the Iranian students from different cities of China including Beijing, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen, Lanzhou, Nanjing, Jinan, Dalian, and Shanghai.

According to the Iranian Cultural Attaché office to China, Iranian students living in China competed in various areas of recitation (Qira'ah for men, Tartil for women), concepts and contemplation on the Qur'an, as well as the effect of the Qur'an on student life abroad.
