Iran's special envoy arrives in Kabul

The Iranian embassy in Kabul announced that Mohammad Ebrahim Taherianfard, the special envoy of Iran's foreign minister for Afghanistan, had arrived in Kabul to discuss recent developments in the region with senior Afghan government officials.
