Iran has high deterrent power: IRGC Deputy Chief Commander

Tehran (IP) - Deputy Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) for Coordination Brigadier General Ali Fadavi said that the Islamic Republic of Iran has a unique and high deterrent power.

Iran PressIran news: Fadavi stated on Thursday that Iran's deterrent power is not comparable to the past, adding that the aggression against Iran has many losses for the enemy.

He explained that if the Islamic Revolution enemies have not taken action against Iran so far, it does not mean that they do not want to; rather, they do not dare to do so.

Brigadier General Fadavi stressed that the IRGC is now more powerful and honored than ever, and not many countries in the world enjoy deterrent power.

"The forty years of grandeur and pride have been created thanks to the blood of the martyrs," the top commander went on to say.

On Wednesday, the automatic and intelligent system of long-range ballistic missile consecutive launcher, built by the Air Force of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), was unveiled.

During the ceremony, Chief Commander of IRGC Major General Hossein Salami said that the new achievement could launch missiles simultaneously or consecutively with customized time intervals, saying such launches are of high value operationally and tactically.
