Iranian nation not afraid of threats: Minister

Tehran (IP) - Iranian Intelligence Minister stated that the Iranian nation is not afraid of threats, adding that believing in martyrdom makes the Iranian nation stand still and firm against the world powers.

Iran Press/Iran news: Iranian Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi stated: "If we succumb to arrogance, there would be nothing left of the Islamic Revolution."

The country's officials delivered speeches regarding the martyrs and their sacrifices on the occasion of Government Week and stressed that the enemies' sanctions would not work against the resistance of the Iranian nation.

"The Third Congress of the Commemoration of the Martyred Ministers and Employees" with the attendance of Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi, Director of Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs Saeed Ohadi, Deputy Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi, and the families of the martyrs was held at IRIB International Conference Center on August 22nd.
