UAE, crossing red lines of regional collective security: Amirabdollahian

Tehran (IP) - Iranian parliament speaker's special aide for international affairs described the UAE's agreement with the Zionist regime as Abu Dhabi's crossing of the red lines of collective security in the region.

Iran Press/Iran News: Hossein Amirabdollahian, Special Assistant to the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament for International Affairs, wrote on Twitter on Thursday: "As taking fake Israel to the Persian Gulf, UAE is unwisely about to cross the red lines of the regional collective security."

Amirabdullahian emphasized: "From now on, any incident occurs in the Persian Gulf with Zionists' direct and indirect role in it, its definite and serious consequences will be for not only Tel Aviv, but also Abu Dhabi."

Abu Dhabi and Tel Aviv recently agreed to fully normalize diplomatic relations following US President Donald Trump's efforts to facilitate the normalization of relations between the UAE and the Zionist regime.

The Israeli-UAE agreement has provoked a wave of widespread protests from Palestinian groups, countries in the region, and a number of world political figures.
