Iran Press/Iran News: The Spokeswoman for the Iranian Ministry of Health Sima Sadat Lari said on Wednesday (August 19) that the total number of coronavirus cases in the country has reached 350,279.
Sima Sadat Lari said, with 153 new deaths in the past 24 hours, the death toll from the virus has reached 20,125.
Unfortunately, 2,444 new cases were diagnosed since yesterday, 1,132 of whom were hospitalized and the total number of COVID-19 patients reached 350,279, Lari said.
According to the spokeswoman, 3,868 patients are under severe conditions.
The spokeswoman also added that 2,939,840 coronavirus diagnostic tests have been conducted in Iran so far.
