Tehran (IP)- Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman said Iran has a longstanding policy of maintaining balanced, friendly relations with all Eurasian and East and South Asian powers and we are determined to uphold this policy.

Iran Press/Iran News: Seyyed Abbas Mousavi on his Twitter account on Saturday noted the long history of Iran's friendly relations policy with all the powers of Eurasia, East, and South Asia.

He stated, "Our potential longterm cooperation agreements w / #China & #Russia, & our continued joint work w / #India in Chabahar prove this."

On June 21, the Iranian government reviewed and approved the final draft of a 25-year comprehensive Iran-China cooperation plan.

Also, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif recently announced the renewal of a 20-year agreement with Russia.

In addition, Iran is cooperating with India, especially in the development of the Chabahar port, and is seeking to use transit capacities on the Indian-European route; In this regard, Iran, India, and Afghanistan have signed the Chabahar Agreement.

Simultaneously with Iran's accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), in the first step, more than 700 items of Iranian exports to Eurasian member states received tariffs reduced by more than 80 percent.

The Preferential Trade Agreement between Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union came into force in October 2019.
