Iran Press/ Iran News: Iran's President said that the Health Ministry and knowledge-based companies have achieved 5 effective drugs for the treatment of Covid-19 patients.
In his remarks at the Saturday's meeting of National Task Force for Fighting Coronavirus, Iran's President Hassan Rouhani said one anti-corona drug will be presented in the coming weeks.
Referring to the ongoing efforts to produce vaccines in Iran, Rouhani expressed hope that the efforts of Iranian researchers in this field will lead to good results.
Iran's Minister of Health Saeed Namaki reported on Friday the progress of several Iranian research teams in the production of a COVID-19 vaccine, expressing hope that people will hear good news in this regard.
Namaki said that the Iranian-made vaccine worked on animals and yielded good results and will be soon tested on humans too.
