Tehran (IP) - The Secretary of Policy-Making Council for Iran's Food and Drug Affairs reported the export of 8 Iranian-made items for the fight against coronavirus to the world's countries.

Iran PressIran news: Asef Mahdavi said on Wednesday that despite the US sanctions against Iran amid the coronavirus crisis, an opportunity was fostered for the Iranian producers to increase the production of anti-corona items, both meeting the country's need and exporting some of the items to other countries.

currently, Iran exports such items as N95 masks, serological diagnostic kits, cover-all clothing, gowns, shield, monitor, ventilators and disinfectants to European countries, Southeast Asia and neighboring countries.

In recent months, Washington's unilateral and oppressive sanctions against Tehran, which include even medical items, have caused many problems for the Iranian people, especially for the corona-infected patients.

However, relying on domestic power, knowledge Iranian scientists managed to produce the country's medical equipment and supplies to fight the coronavirus.
