Trade Attache of the Consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, said trade between Iran and Iraq continues on the northern borders of the two countries.

Iran Press/Middle East: Javad Karimi added that three borders of Tamarchin, Bashmaq, and Parviz Khan between Iran and Iraq have resumed their operations with observing healthcare protocols. 

"Last week, with the reopening of four markets on informal borders, Iranian and Iraqi officials sought to facilitate trade and truck commute," the Trade Attache of the Consulate of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Erbil noted. 

Javad Karimi stressed that health protocols are applied in customs under the standards and guidelines of the World Health Organization and the standards of the International Customs Union.
