Tehran (IP) - In the past 24 hours, 80 people lost their lives showing a declining rate of COVID-19 casualty, which stand around 80 death per day.

Iran Press/Iran News: Iran's Health Ministry Spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour on Wednesday 29 April on his daily press conference said: "According to the definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to now April 29 in the country, 1,073 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed in the country and the number of patients with this disease reached 93,657.”

“Fortunately, 73,791 patients have recovered and have been discharged so far," Jahanpour added.

The head of Public Relations Center at Health Ministry said: "In the past 24 hours, 80 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, and in overall 5,957 people have lost their lives in the country to date."

Iran's Health Ministry Spokesman stated: "Now 2,965 patients are in a critical condition."

"So far, 453,386 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," he added.
