Tehran (IP) - After five consecutive days of the Coronavirus death reduction, on April 18, Iran records the lowest number of deaths with 73 people after days with 3 digit casualties.

Iran PressIran News: Iran's Ministry of Health Spokesman announced that so far more than 55,987 COVID-19 patients have recovered from the disease and reported a decrease in daily death toll for the 6th consecutive days with 73 deaths.

Kianoush Jahanpour Announced that so far, 80,868 people in the country have been infected with the Coronavirus, 5,031 people have died and 55,987 patients have been recovered.

Jahanpour on Saturday on the latest data of the Coronavirus in the country said: "According to the definitive laboratory findings and from yesterday to April 18 Thursday, 1,374 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed in the country and the number of patients with this disease reached 80,868."

The Head of Public Relations Center of the Health Ministry said: "Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, 73 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, so 5,031 people have lost their lives in the country to date."

He stated: "3,513 patients are in a critical condition."

So far, 330,137 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country.
