The Special Aide to Iran's Majlis Speaker in International Affairs told the US President that "Greater Iraq will never be a quiet place for America."

Iran PressIran news: Hossein Amir Abdollahian on Wednesday wrote on Twitter, "Mr. Trump! The courageous Iraqis vigorously defend their country's sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and national unity." 

He added, "After the US assassination of the heroes of the fight against terrorism at Baghdad airport, Greater Iraq will never be a quiet place for America."

Amir Abdollahian referred to the US assassination of Lieutenant General Qassim Suleimani and Abu Mahdi al-Mohandes, Iraq's PMU deputy commander.

The Commander of Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, who had traveled to Iraq on the official invitation of the Iraqi officials, was assassinated by the US in Baghdad on January 3, 2020, along with his companions.

Many countries, organizations, and groups have condemned the US terrorist act.

The US secretary of state Mike Pompeo confessed that he was involved in President Donald Trump's decision to assassinate General Soleimani.
