Tehran (IP) - The spokesman for Iran's Parliament Presiding Board has said that responding to the US assassination of Lieutenant General Soleimani and his companions is a popular demand, for which a bill was approved in the parliament.

Iran Press/ Iran News: In an interview with Iran Press on Tuesday on the sidelines of the parliament open session, Assadollah Abbasi said that it was the first triple-urgency bill approved after the Islamic Revolution.

Abbasi said that the law is capable of being pursued in international courts.

He said: "The bill says that all of the US Pentagon personnel, its associate companies, and institutes, as well as the agents related to the assassination of General Soleimani, are in Iran's terrorist list.

"The Ministry of Intelligence and its affiliated organizations are assigned to announce the names of the Pentagon staff and affiliated companies and institutes which support terrorism," he added.

He noted that the government also is obligated to provide a € 200 million financial contribution to enforce the power of the Qods Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC).
