Iran Press/Iran news: Mazaheri who participated in the farewell ceremony said: "Today, I presented a report about my achievements and programs to ECI."
"A comprehensive program based on the collective wisdom of all ten countries, and beyond Eco, was presented as Cultural Diplomacy in the fields of culture, art, literature, museums, libraries, tourism and special programs for peace and family," he added.
Mazaheri said, "We have established other structures like ECOMU, ECO-PRESS, and ECOdigital."
"The formation of the ECO Cultural Discourse faction in Iran's parliament was one of the other measures, and I hope it will lead to the formation of other ECO establishment in other countries as well so that we can have an ECO Parliamentary Union."
Today in a farewell ceremony in Tehran, the former president of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Cultural Institute Mohammad-Mehdi Mazaheri is being honored for the activities during his presidency.
Sarvar Bakhti, from Tajikistan, takes the helm of ECO Cultural Institue.
