Foreign Ministry Spokesman Abbas Mousavi

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Abbas Mousavi has described American human rights as shameless hypocrisy.

Iran Press/Iran news: "Seriously a US Human Rights fair, would be great!" Abbas Mousavi wrote in his Twitter account on Saturday.

"Shooting passenger flights, discriminating against blacks, bombing civilians in endless wars: Vietnam to Iraq, Yemen...let alone full support for the most brutal terrorist inhuman regimes in the region," he added according to Iran Press.

Referring to American human rights, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman noted, "Shameless Hypocrisy " at its core!

An exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s achievements in the field of human rights has opened at the United Nations Office in Geneva on Monday, November 4.

Many participating countries and NGOs condemned the US unilateral coercive sanctions and considered it a violation of the Charter of the United Nations and in the meantime damaged international equality and justice. These illegal sanctions have become a kind of collective punishment for the people who have to bear the brunt of these sanctions, in countries like Iran.

The renewal of sanctions against Iran raises the necessity of examining the human rights’ impact of such restrictive punishments. 101/211
