Iran Press/ Middle East: Alireza Rashidian, said that compared to last year, the problems experienced by Iranian pilgrims in Saudi Arabia have decreased significantly.
Talking exclusively to Iran Press reporter, Rashidian noted that Iranian and Saudi Arabian officials have signed a cooperation agreement for the Hajj ceremony of 1440 (2019) and, because of that agreement, Iranians pilgrims (known as Hajis) are doing well now in Mecca and Medina.
Asked about the number of Iranian pilgrims attending this year's Hajj, Rashidian said about 84,000 Iranian pilgrims have traveled to Saudi Arabia this year, and they will end this year's Hajj with satisfaction, dignity, and honour and return to Iran, God willing. 101/211/208
