More than 27 thousand Iranian pilgrims have entered Medina, Saudi Arabia, to perform Hajj.

Iran Press/ Middle East: Head of Iran's Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization, Alireza Rashidian said that till Wednesday, 27199 Iranian pilgrims have landed on the Saudi's soil using 110 flights of the airlines of the Islamic Republic of Iran (HOMA).

"Right now, 58379 visas have been issued for Iranian pilgrims and the pilgrims are being transferred to Medina and Jeddah through 361 flights from 19 flight stations in Iran," Rashidian added, According to Iran Press.

Emphasizing that so far, there has been not any specific problem in providing services to Iranian pilgrims in Mecca and Medina, Rashidian said: "So far, the Hajj mission has been well advanced and it is well underway."

In the past days, half of the Iranian pilgrims have left Medina, and wearing Ihram clothing, have interred Mecca.
