Iran reiterated that as long as and as much as the other parties are committed to the JCPOA, it will remain committed

The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry said that Iran expects European partners to take practical, effective and responsible steps to fully implement the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran Press/Iran news: In response to the latest statement by France, Britain, and Germany, Sayed Abbas Mousavi said the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran carefully reviews the statements and positions of the European parties concerning their obligations toward the JCPOA.

"We emphasize that the continuation of the voluntary measures of the Islamic Republic of Iran is based on the good faith and by the mutual rights set out in the JCPOA, which should not be regarded as a one-way road," Sayed Abbas Mousavi stated.

Mousavi added that Iran expects European partners to take practical, effective and responsible steps and steps to fully implement the nuclear deal.

Mousavi went on to say, "Any expectations from Iran to return to the situation before May 8, 2019 without demonstrating the serious political will and the practical actions of the European parties in order to fulfill their commitments set out in the JCPOA in a way that Iran actually benefits from the lifting of the sanctions, is an unrealistic expectation and contrary to goals, logic, and content of the nuclear agreement."

The spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry stressed, "We reiterate that as long as and as much as the other parties are committed to the JCPOA, we will remain committed."
