IG Metall workers mass rally in Berlin

Tens of thousands of Germany's IG Metall metalworkers' union took part in a mass rally in Berlin.

Iran Press/Europe: Tens of thousands of workers in Germany held a mass demonstration on Saturday, demanding the digital and environmental changes of companies with the aim of fairness for workers.

According to Iran Press news agency, the rally was held at the demand of the IG Metall trade union.

The demonstrators are seeking an answer for their questions," the chairman of IG Metall trade union, 'Urgent Huffman' said.

He added: "The protesters asked companies to apply digital and environmental policies in a way that benefits the workers and their job security."

According to information provided by the IG Metall trade union, more than 50000 people participated in the rally.
