Iran Press/ Europe: The negotiating team of the Islamic Republic of Iran, headed by "Ali Bagheri Kani," the chief negotiator of the Islamic Republic of Iran, arrived in Vienna, the capital city of Austria, this morning (Thursday) to participate in the new round of negotiations to lift the cruel American sanctions.
According to the report, talks between representatives of Iran and other parties will start today.
"Ali Bagheri Kani," the chief negotiator of the Islamic Republic of Iran, wrote in his latest tweet post on Wednesday night about his trip to Vienna to participate in the new round of sanctions lifting negotiations: "Heading to Vienna to advance the negotiations. The Onus is on those who breached the deal & have failed to distance themselves from ominous legacy. "
The chief negotiator of the Islamic Republic of Iran added: "The US must seize the opportunity offered by the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) partners' generosity; ball is in their court to show maturity & act responsibly."

On Wednesday, Iran's Political Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs met Pasquale Ferrara, Director General of Political and Security Affairs of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran, stating that the US cannot set conditions for Iran, which is a member of the JCPOA, and said: "In the upcoming negotiations, the real and serious will of us to reach an agreement is to be verified."
Earlier, Nasser Kanani Chafi, the spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced the visit of the Iranian negotiating delegation to Vienna and said: "In this round of talks, the ideas of all parties, including the ideas of Iran, will be exchanged."
Negotiations centered on lifting the oppressive and illegal sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran have witnessed progress due to the initiatives of the Iran negotiating team. Still, the procrastination of "Joe Biden's administration to compensate for the illegal actions of the previous American government and the continuance of the maximum pressure campaign has led to doubts and hesitations toward the seriousness of this country to return to JCPOA and prolong the process of talks.
As a responsible country, the Islamic Republic of Iran has stated so many times that the United States was the party that violated the JCPOA; it is Washington that should return to the agreement by lifting the sanctions and implementing America's commitments must be verified.
