Iran Press/ Iran news: Parviz Shahbazov Ogtay, the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, arrived in Tehran this Thursday evening at the head of a delegation and by the invitation of his Iranian counterpart to discuss and exchange opinions regarding the development of cooperation between the two countries.
