Pakistan/Lahore (IP)- The Prime Minister of Pakistan said what was going on in Gaza has made the people sad on the occasion of their country's Independence Day anniversary.

Iran Press/Asia: Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif said: "Unfortunately, the oppression in Gaza has left us unhappy at the time when we celebrate the independence day of Pakistan, the Israeli army bombarded the oppressed Muslims in Gaza yesterday at dawn and killed the women and children of the oppressed Muslims."

Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif condemned the oppression of the Israeli regime while addressing a conference regarding the Minorities Day, in Lahore.

The Prime Minister said that in the world's history, no example could be found like Israel's cruelty in Gaza and the silence over Israel's cruelty and barbarism in Palestine is regrettable.

He again condemned the international community's silence to the oppression ongoing in Gaza and stressed that Pakistan must do whatever it can to stop it.

Since October 7, 2023, for 10 months, the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza has left about 40,000 people killed and over 91,500 others injured.
