Latest Update on Israel Attack on Bierut

Lebanon (IP) - Lebanon Health Ministry announced that at least 9 People were killed and 59 others injured in the Israeli airstrike at Dhahiyah in Beirut. Most of the casualties are children.

Iran Press/West Asia: An Israeli " targeted" airstrike at a residential building at the Hezbollah stronghold in Dhahiyah a southern suburb of Beirut 8 people were killed and 59 others injured.

Footage of the scene of the attack shows wide-scale destruction in the targeted building in Dahiyeh’s Al-Qaem area on Jamous Street.

Five children are among the victims of a strike which earlier reported killed at the attack.

Around 10 people among the 59 injured are in critical condition.

While Hezbollah announced that after the termination of the rescue operation would state the details of the incident, Hebrew media quoting Israeli military under the condition of anonymity said that the target of the Israeli airstrike was "Ibrahim Aqil", a senior commander in the elite Radwan unit and two commanders of Hamas.

Hezbollah Missile Response

After the Israeli strike in Beirut, rocket sirens are sounding across northern Israel. including in Safed, Rosh Pina, and numerous nearby communities in Galilee and Golan Heights.

Israeli Media reports bomb shelters were opened in several areas in central occupied Palestine.

Hezbollah in a statement said that its forces hit the aerial control unit and the aerial operations division at the Meron base in northern occupied Palestine which was the command center for 'assassinations'.

Najib Mikati, Lebanon’s Prime Minister in reaction to Israel's attack at Beirut said that the Israeli regime gives "no weight to any humanitarian, legal or moral considerations,".
