Iran Press/ West Asia: While Israeli regime forces continue its deadly bombardment of Gaza from north to south, 201 people added to the casualties of Israeli airstrikes.
The new toll brings those killed in Gaza since the beginning of the war to 20,258 with 53,688 injured.
In Beit Lahia, a city in the north of the Gaza Strip, the civil defence authority says it found “dozens of decomposing bodies”.
“Most of the bodies recovered in Beit Lahia were executed in the streets and mauled by dogs,” it said.
An Israeli “massacre resulted in the death of dozens” of people in the Jabalia camp and Jabalia town, ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qedra said in a statement. “They also executed dozens of citizens in the streets,” he added.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military reported that 44 soldiers were injured in the past 24 hours, ten of whom are in critical condition.
In a statement, the army said 189 have been injured critically in ground operations, 310 with medium injuries, and 327 lightly wounded.
