The secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran said that Lebanese Islamic resistance in the 33-day war broke the myth of the invincible Zionist army.

Iran Press/ Iran News: The Secretary of Supreme National Security Council of Iran Ali Shamkhani  in a message to Hezbollah Secretary-General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah on Thursday, congratulated the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic resistance in the 33-day war and said that the Lebanese Islamic Resistance now, along with the Lebanese National Resistance Front, has been able to save the world from the danger of Takfiri terrorism by sacrificing and presenting the martyrs.

"The Zionist regime should know that the Resistance Front will He will be watching it with its sharp eyes, and will impose defeat to the regime in various fronts," he added. 

Referring to the sincerity, courage, and insight of Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Shamkhani praised his role in creating national unity within Lebanon and security and peace on its borders and said: "As the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution said, 'the Zionist regime will not see the next 25 years and soon we will see the liberation of Palestine'.

The 33-day war between the Zionist army and Hezbollah forces began in July 2006 and ended on August 14 of that year with the victory of Hezbollah. The Zionist regime suffered heavy loses and casualtiesthis in this war.
