Iranian Foreign Minister after meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Moscow said that we can't discuss about the review of the Joint Comprehensive plan of action (JCPOA).

Iran PressIran news: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohamad Javad Zarif said in the meeting that JCPOA has been endorsed by UNSC resolution and it is a bidding agreement.

"There cannot be any precondition for implementation of JCPOA. All JCPOA parties must be able to enjoy the benefits of JCPOA. Iran wants the EU to comply with its JCPOA obligation," Iranian Foreign Minister noted.

"Iran welcomes Russia's initiative for talks on the security of the Persian Gulf. Regional security is vital for Iran and Russia and the Us only creates instability in the region," Zarif added.

Zarif also noted that Iran welcomes Russia's initiative on Persian Gulf security and is ready to sign a non-aggression pact with its neighbors.

Despite the fact that the US has created impediments for Russia and China, Iranian diplomats went to France to discuss Europeans' commitments under the nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Zarif said expressing satisfaction over Iran-Russia relations.

Zarif said that if the Europeans fail to abide by their commitment until the date specified by Iran, Tehran will definitely take the third step to reduce its commitments under the nuclear deal according to the stated timeline.

Meanwhile, he added that if the Europeans fully abide by their commitments under the JCPOA, Iran will be ready to fully implement the deal.

Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov in his turn said: "Russia calls for full implementation of JCPOA without any addition or exemption. Iran's missile program is not banned by international law and security should be pursued in an environment of respect by regional countries.
